This provider is like the stinking cesspool of the Internet. Most of the crapware/malware/pr0n/viruses and other assorted filth over the last few years can be traced/linked to this provider.

Apparently they are just moving camps to a (for them) safer location and indications are that they will be back molesting people again quite soon, if they are not already doing so... Certainly the recent surge in SPAM here is an indication that the pressure from the criminals is not decreasing...

The study is presented in PDF format, have a updated reader for this.
There are some language issues making it a little hard to read.
