Hi everyone.. I have a desktop PC connected to a wireless router and have my Laptop connected wirelessly. I have used the XP network wizard on both PC's to setup a home wireless network. On the desktop, I can see the "shared" folders on the laptop and can explore the contents without any problems. On the laptop, however; it appears I may have a setting wrong. I can send print jobs from the laptop through the network and have them print on the printer that is directly connected to the desktop PC, but that is about it. I can see folders that "I think" are setup as shared (at least I have selected the share option under security and sharing when right clicked). The problem I run into is when I click on the folders that are on the desktop from the laptop I get the file not accessible, might not have permissions, contact administrator, blah, blah.. Access denied.
Is there something I am missing here?? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you....
