Hello guys, please let me know where I can find a reliable and stable PDF converter. I downloaded some, but after a week or two they stop to work as they are only demo versions...
What exactly are you looking for...feature wise?

In what way. Does the virtual printer get set up? If so you just choose to print to the virtual printer from any application that can print.
Which version of Windows??
You could also try Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/) and save as pdf file.

If you want to convert pdf to doc format, this pdf converter (http://www.nemopdf.com) works well.

Do you actually have Word installed on your PC? If so, which version? From Word 2007 onwards, you can just do Save As and choose to export the document to a PDF.
If you don't have that available, I would go with Paul's suggestion regarding Open Office.
