Toshiba is reimbursing certain out-of-warranty repair expenses or offering cash or credit vouchers IF your laptop had issues with broken plastic housings surrounding the hinges, and if the breakage was not related to abuse/misuse.
You have to provide evidence of the problem if not repaired (photograph).
The offer:
1) Reimburse the repair cost if the repair was performed by Toshiba or a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider if you have the repair receipt and the original receipt of purchase. (Registration of the PC will substitute for proof of purchase.)
or
2) $50 cash refund
or
