Storing Passwords

[SMACM]

I have Internet Explorer. Whenever I enter a password for the first time, it asks me if I want it to remember the password. If I say no, it does not ask me again and I cannot save the password.

Can someone tell me how to "reset" Explorer to save passwords?

Go to tools, internet options, advanced and look down at the security options...one of them is enable profile assistant...if this is unchecked, check it...that might do it, otherwise I'd search the MS knowledge base...
