So time has come, I've decided to upgrade my desktop to something faster yet still quiet. But I have no clue were to start. I have a misely $500 budget and hoping to buy something prebuilt. I have looked at IBuyPower and CyberPC but I don't know what's good and what's bad. So I'm asking you. Help me out. Here's my dream set up.

-Quiet [Hate loud booming PCs]
-Fast [I hate waiting for it to bootup and then take an extra 5 minutes just for the it to load when on desktop.]
-Looks would be a plus and a nice cooling system is a definite.

I only play World of Warcraft and sometimes CS:S and CS 1.6. I want something that could boost my FPS in and out of town in WoW. With my current build, I only get about 15 fps outside town and in Shatt, I only get 5 which is starting to tick me off.

When I'm not gaming, it's either school work, surfing the internet and listening to music.

So I'm asking you, what specific parts should I be looking at when looking through computers. EX. What GFX cards would you suggest give me the boost in WoW and other games. What size HD, Ram, Power System ETC ETC.
~I plan on buying it online.

I will update and post when I can. [Currently on a laptop and away for the weekend]

Thanks in advanced for your help.
[~sorry if this is in the wrong section, please move if necessary.]

Hope to hear some helpful responses.
