I am gonna buy a new laptop but I came down to two, and I don't know which one to choose, I want to play some games with the new laptop, can you guys tell me which one is better and why?

The second system has the better CPU and overall better platform.

But, the first system has a dedicated video card, albeit not a good one. But any dedicated video card is better than onboard video.

Neither system will play games very well. Laptops are not meant to play games.

So many people these days are wanting laptops to play games on. The only laptops meant for gaming start around $3000. And even then their desktops equivalents will smoke them for far less money.

Well now, it does depend on which games you want to play! :p If you're thinking of playing an older game like Baldur's Gate or NOLF, then either of them will work well! If you're thinking of playing a newer game like Oblivion or Halo 2, then jlreich is correct.
