Patcher won't launch

Hey guys, I recently installed a game. I went to update it, downloaded the patch, and rebooted. When I go to run the game patch, it doesn't load. When I CTRL+ALT+DLT, it shows the patch running in the processes. I'm gonna go try it in safe mode not sure if that would really make a difference though. Thanks.

You may have gotten a bad "dowload" or an incompleate download

Are you using an account with admin capability?

And is the game installed for "All Users", or just the account you are running?

Or some account other than the one you are running?
