if you installed every driver in the world
then possibly :p

also, the name of the thread The Dreaded Windows Me is incorrect, i know 98 and below wouldnt reconize it, and i doubt 2000 and above would install it automatically.

Now, with that said, what manufacturer is it from? (ex. HP, Lexmark, Epson, Brother, ect)
When you find that, go to the manufacturer's website, from there find your model number printed somewhere on your printer (ex. Epson Stylus CX5400, Lexmark x2350, ect.)
Get support downloads for your model (which includes drivers) and install them, done and done.

The only generic way I know of to print to "any printer" is to use the DOS print command (http://info.wsisiz.edu.pl/~bse26236/batutil/help/PRINT_S.HTM). Both text files and the screen display should be printable if you have a serial or parallel printer. With USB it gets more complicated.

Better to get the specific drivers for your make and model as already indicated.

maybe the drivers arent compatable with METhis isn't a drivers issue. Its a windows or application configuration issue.
