Vivendi and Activision merge game companies?

Vivendi Games owns "Crash Bandicoot" and World of Warcraft, and announced plans to buy Activision who owns Guitar hero, Call of Duty, and the Tony Hawk series.
The new company is slated to be named Activision Blizzard.
