One of my friends showed me Firefox while at his vacation house in Florida, and man, it owns.

After finding http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/pcgubb.gif forums a little over two years ago, I found that most regular users of this site prefer and recommend FireFox. Since then I have used FF exclusively.

Firefox.
I have had Opera installed since it became free but rarely use it.

I like FF the best, but I use IE7 exclusively when I'm in Vista. I'm adamant about my Vista partition being used only for gaming, and that means no unnecessary programs! I think the only non-game program installed on it is Foxit Reader - had to install it for a few game readme's and manuals.
Everywhere else, I prefer FF. It works on everything! Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD, etc.
I've been using Firefox since long before it was Firefox...pre-1.0 versions, almost exclusively. So I guess you can say it is my favorite.

I have been using Firefox since v0.5 Phoenix/Firebird/Firefox.
I also have Opera ever since it had a free version, and of course IE since Windows has that.

I like firefox because of how quickly you can clear your browsing history.... :)
I also like firefox because of how fast it installs after you install the operating system.

Firefox FTW... even use portable FF when I can... the only time I use IE is when java apps require it.
Tried Opera once... wasn't impressed, since I had everything I wanted in FF already. No one has mentioned the customizability of FF over IE, et al.
