I'm using Piranha USB Camera with Skype for a long time. Some times ago camera start to create problems ( Freeze or don't work ) and I decided to uninstall. When I do this with add/remove option I've got following message:

setup DLL\setup DLL.CPP(409) $7.0.100.1342 windovs xp service pack(2600) BT_OTHER 0.64

and Zone Alarm warns that " set12.tmp is trying to reach internet " ( temp file changes at every try. )

I have camera's original CD but it doesn't have uninstall program in it.
I reinstall all it's drivers and it works good, but only one or two sessions. So, it's not possible to uninstall even computer is working in Safe Mod.

I made all virus or trojan checks with Avast and Ad Aware programs. My computer is also be protected by Zone Alarm.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance..

Peeping around this crops up with a number of software programs which makes it look as if the Window installer itself may be at the root of the problem. You could try reinstalling or updating to v3.1 (http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?id=893803) or maybe completely update from the Windows Update site by running wupdmgr.exe from the run box.

Thanks for your answer Paul. Yes, as far as I search for this problem in different sites, I've noticed that there are a lot of people suffering from the same or similar problems. And also they couldn't find a solution.
I'll check my Windows updates. I hope this is it.. :)
