After doing registry tweaks and some I found on tweakxp.com. My system startup time is 48 secs. Can you beat that? :D

A virtual machine. Ie, can I use software to emulate hardware within another OS so that I can "boot" this emulated system in record time? Is that allowed? :p

Depends on the OS. My DOS machine loads in 15 seconds.

I can restore an image of windows and be back up and running like nothing happened in less than 10 minutes. Can you beat that? LOL! :p :D

Here in the land of wait a while and stuff the boss,5 minutes is not bad but I got all day anyway.

45 seconds ( approximately ) from menu (press enter) to full Vista on both screens with only 46 processes running at completion
You have to love all those auto updates :)
