Locked out of my Admin account in XP

Hi, I was wondering if there was some way to get into my Admin account on my terminal other than by using the password. I used a simple password and it was working fine, but today it didn't let me in even though I know what the password is (since it is so easy (let's just say it is the last 4 digits of my cell phone) to remember)...


Please help a guy out if you know how...

Do you remember the password used when you first turned on XP?
You boot into SAFE mode and use that password to get full Admin rights, then add yourself as a User with appropriate permissions.

Also try a blank password for the default Administrator account.
