VPN messed up

Ever since I upgraded Cisco's VPN to the latest version, I can't connect to my office network. It has error 433 and says something about being cancelled by peer.

I also tried to use openVPN, but I can't figure it out.

Can you post the exact error message?

Why did you upgrade? What are you connecting to (the VPN peer)? I have not really used it but there is a version checking feature in the VPN Concentrators.

Try re importing the .pcf your admin gave you. Either that or the old cisco client didn't uninstall correctly. In your VPN client do you see your old Connection Entry or did you set it up yourself manually?
