I've just bought my PC for less than a month.At the begining,everything was running smoothly.After about 2 weeks when I tried to turn on my PC,I am always presented with"Welcome To Windows98"message window and it just stopped here for about 15-20mins before my desktop icons appear.I tried to restart my PC using the keyboard but the same problem remains.I did not tamper with any of the system settings or add any hardware.Your advice is fully appreciated.Thank you very much.
