Well, i tried another 'puter with MS paint on it, and it didn't have the option to save in jpeg or gif, only bmp formats. Now this system does not have office installed on it, and i noticed that it didn't have this file either ( pcximp32.flt ), which when i checked the properties gave it as a microsoft graphics gallery file. So i guess you nailed it earlier Kay when you stated that maybe office had something to do with my ability to save in jpeg, gif formats and not just BMP's.
