XML failed to load error message

Can anyone tell me how to fix this error? My boss is trying to go to a hospital websites to look at a friends newborns pic but she can't click on the birth photos link, I asked her to hit 'refresh' and the "XML failed to load" error message is briefly shown.

I can access the page, anothe co-worker can access the page but she can't. Is this a network issue? Direct X issue?

What browser?

It is most likely a browser issue...

Get her to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/) and see if that helps.

That page has this link (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507&sliceId=1) that can be clicked on to test which version is installed on the PC accessing the site.
My version installed is Win 9,0,115,0
See the table at the bottom of the page.

I'm running Win2000Pro and Firefox.

sorry it took me so long to post back things have been crazy:D She is running ie v6 I believe. I will have to check. The OS is Windows XP Media. I will check on her adobe flash player as well.
