Spyware Doctor Problem

Hi, I posted about this a while ago, and the response didn't help much. I also emailed PC Tools, and they said they'd run tests to solve my problem... and they haven't emailed me in two months. Right now, when I hold my cursor over the Spyware Doctor icon in the taskbar, it says "PC Tools Spyware Doctor (disconnected)" Disconnected? When I look in the services part of Microsoft Management Console, I don't see anything that looks like a Spyware Doctor service, but could you tell me what service it uses, so I can make sure it isn't there? When I open the program, it looks like this (image is attached.) When I install or uninstall the program, I get this error:

The folder "fe35ddff-bbf0-43b3-82ee-d03f74db0678" seems to contain files for my graphics driver (image is attached.) Can someone tell me what is happening and how I can fix it? I'll add a Hijackthis log in the next post.

Where did you post it?? I don't see an ComboFix log in this thread...

If this is primarily a problem with Spyware Doctor, you are going to need their help to sort it out... Since you posted a HJT log, I guessed you were concerned that malware might be a factor... If that is not the case, I will bow out of the discussion...

Okay...while I was trying all kinds of things to get Spyware Doctor to work, my PC crashed. Now it works fine. :p
