I did a Google search and found this user was simply joining forums for advertising his (outsourcing) and telemarketing call center services in Costa Rica.
Seemed innocent enough until you see the number of forums he does this on. Just copy/paste the user name and see just how many. (8280 hits)

mjc deleted the ads in the sigs and booted this user that never "contributes" anything besides the spam links in the sig.
