error on DGI laptop.
bad cmos bat?
?
edit: I already seem to have found it.
The computer reports a memory error.
Memory mismatch error: This is not actually an error. Some computers require you to tell them that it's OK to have a new amount of memory. Use the set-up menu to tell the computer. Follow the prompts, enter the new amount, select Save, and exit.
thanks ixl/charles!

Yep, I think probably a bad battery.
Installation...external CD ROM or connect it to another machine and copy the cab files from there to the laptop. Direct Cable Connection would work, but might be a bit slow, FTP should work, but then you have to make sure you store the cab files on a separate partition so they don't get deleted when you format...External CD ROM would be the best bet.
