Well, it isn't that that far fetched...

In fact, I know of several pizza shops that use at least the first part of that thing...the address/phone part.

Other than the health insurance stuff all the pieces of that 'funny' video are in place...including the ability to find out purchases and credit info (granted a pizza shop probably couldn't quite do it). Sears recently got slammed big time for their software knowing 'too much'.
