this is a fairly new rig, built last year in the summer.

680i mobo,
2 gigs of ram
300 gb hd
2.4 ghz intel core 2 quad

and, 2x 7300gt video cards.

money ran a bit short toward the end, so i do not have my own monitor or a good video card. i thought money would roll around pretty quick here, so i picked up two budget cards to sli them.

question:
which sli-able video card is better than those 2 put together, by itself? and is it a good idea to buy one and add another one in a month or so?
and which monitor to buy.

edit:
my stock cpu fan sounds like a turbine. any suggestions? (no case fans either) and my gpus are heat sinked. :x

Well, ANY flagship GPU is better than that CRAP you sli'd. Terrible gaming cards you chose.

If you are on a budget get a 8800gt. The BEST GPU for the money.

They may be better but if your css is running fine why upgrade?

Look here for comparisons and questions. Good GPU site.
