Vice City runs full speed at 1280x1024x16 on my 1GHz PIII 384mb RAM 64mb video card PC with XP.
Sufferwell has a 1.5GHz P4 with 768mb RAM, 512mb video with Windows XP and he tells me he gets lag spikes.
Why is this?
