need suggestions on video

any other suggestions would be apprreciated:
Freind just built this for me said it was one of the best....I am not so sure

AMD x2 duel core Proccessor 5200+
2 gigs mem
M2N-MX SE Plus motherboard
Nvdia Gforce 7300 LE video card ( no idea why he put this on in)
Hitachi 160 mb hd
Bluetooth keyboard and mouse
AOC 19' flat screen

not sure what other info you would need... this is the info I know of..If you need more info tell me where to find it and i will post it...
also got charge 2100$ for the whole package I know some items are costly but thought at least I would get a lot better video card.

anybody got a suggestion or comment?

If not your "friend" charged you $1503.07 to build the PC, almost 75% of the total cost of the PC.
The charge for building a PC for someone shouldn't be more then 10% of the cost of the parts + shipping

I don't think that the the person that built that PC for you should be called a friend.
