Latop not engaging library wireless network

My laptop doess't connect to the wireless internet library network, it had been doing ok until 2 days ago, it just will not connect to the library network. I have tried restoring the laptop to an earlier time but it doesn't help. I am using windows vista and was wondering if there is a way to format the HD and reinstall windows that should definetly fix it. The store did not provide me a disk ... any advice is welcome. big THANX :confused:

Most computers do not come with restore CDs anymore, Microsoft encourages the OEM builders to make a restore partition and you burn your own restore disks when you do your initial setup on your new PC.
