amd overdrive problem in spider platform

i bought a GA-MA790FX-DS5 Motherboard with PHENOM 9600,2 GB RAM, 512 VIDEO and when using amd overdrive can't apply overclocking settings ,in other words i cannot overclock even in novice mode and my pc freezes when try to apply overclock. help plzzzzz Any ideas?????????????

Wait patiently for the next driver update?

If it will run without being overclocked, then just leave it at stock speed until the driver problem is fixed...

at least i am 90% sure it is the driver problem- i have only seen one reference to it... and i cannot confirm that piece (but it was from Tomshardware)
