I need help re: taskbar

My taskbar has somehow moved to the right side of my computer screen and I cant get it back to the bottom of my screen, Ihave tried to move it with the arrow, but it only enlarges it, and wont take it down to the bottom. This mays seem like a dumb question, but I cant figure it out. Please let me know what to do, I am sure it is a simple solution.

If you place the cursor on the toolbar (not on the edges), then left click and hold, you should be able to drag it back to the bottom. I just tried it with mine to make sure.
