I can get Kasperksky AV for free after rebates, IF I buy a TAX SOFTWARE pkg, ON THE SAME RECEIPT.
It does NOT require sending in the UPC from the TAX SOFTWARE, but both must be on same receipt.
I don't need the tax software. Don't know if the contracted Rebate Co. would have a way to know (or care) if I returned the tax software (w/in 30 days), and therefore deny the Kaspersky rebate??? Rebate forms don't say anything about returning or not returning tax software.
Anyone ever tried returning the tax software w/ any software rebates dependent on purchase of tax software, and still gotten the full rebate (on the other software,i.e., KAV, not the tax software)?
