No your post was surreptitious.
You asked if anyone ever heard of the Company and said they get good reviews in certain publications and then you listed links to bad reviews.

Just come right out and say:

I just used company X and had a bad experience and here is what others are saying.

Since you blasted them all over the place it appears you are just an unhappy customer who wants to get revenge for a real or perceived slight and that's not what we do here. The site I linked to is much better prepared to deal with what you are interested in.

I was pointing out that a company with good magazine reviews can get plenty of bad feedback from its customers.
I think that is worth pointing out: that PC mag reviews don't tell the whole story (maybe inevitably)
I think I'm entitled to make that useful point whether I am an unhappy customer of PC or not.

I can't see that your alternative post (the "Just come right out and say:
" one) is any better than mine.
In fact it seems to be the same (it also condemns Eclipse which I thought was your original objection) except it adds a bit about my having an unhappy experience with Eclipse - that may or may not not be true and doesn't affect the point I was making.

And yes I know every PC company has some unhappy customers and they tend to post more than happy ones but I don't think many have as many as Eclipse seem to have on the web.
I've googled dell, chillblast etc etc ..
