well. that was the most drastic road you could have taken.
next time try our suggestions, we could have taken your hijack this log, reviewed it and fixed your previous installation without any reinstall depending on the severity of the infection.

Now that XP is fresh/new and working fine...
Now is the time to begin saving image backups of [at the very least] your Windows Partition [C:?].
In more detail:
1. Move all your data file off C:
2. Make various partitions to hold different types of data files [they probably have differing file sizes].
3. C: certainly should have image backups made, and it might be a good idea to make a few of the data partitions too.
The image backup program [my favourite is Image for DOS]should run from outside Windows, and best saved to an external USB HDD, although other media could be used.
4. The data partitions might be better backed up [and restored] using a program [like SyncBack] that runs within Windows.
5. In the future, if you so much as suspect that all may not be well with the functioning of Windows and/or Programs...
Just restore your latest good image of C: :D

Repost the log, it is missing the very important header information...also, just copy and paste it in, don't use any kind of code box. If you need to, break it into two posts.

Please read the instructions here (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix) and post back with a combofix log and a new HJT Log, this time include the header.

i try the combofix but seem like it hang my pc , i left it at work for more than 24 hr zero result unable to create a log.
i then try to repair the windows from the bootable windows all went alright but when i came to restart the pc ,it started loading win xp up then restart , i went to recovery console try to fix the boot with FixBoot cmd and FixMBR followed by a ChkDsk, still wasn't able to complete a loading of windows.
when tried once again a repair during the first phase ofthe windows setup where it load the necessary files i got each time a Blue Screen of Death.
So i assume it was my Hdd(sata PM series Maxtor)gonna try a low level formating and see what it gonna give me.

Download the Hard drive manufacturers diagnostics and test the drive first. If it's damaged, don't bother with a low level format.

"my HDD (SATA PM series Maxtor)"
Does this require you, during the repair re-install of Windows, to hit F6 and supply a driver [on a floppy] for your HDD controller?
I'm not of the circumstances that require such drivers to be supplied.
In my own case I must supply drivers because my HDD is on a PCI to IDE controller card.
