Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with the internet.

For some reason my internet browsers (Firefox and IE) are acting weird.

When I try to connect to a website, it just loads for like 2-3 minutes.

Then it will work normally for a minute and then when I try to connect to a

website it will take another 2-3 minutes. And the pattern continues.

I know that my internet is not the problem, since I tried using the internet

browsers on my other computer. Only on this computer this problem occurs.

It seems to only affect the internet browsers. I play computer games such as

counter strike, and when I play the games, there's no problem (it doesn't

disconnect like I would expect it to).

So the problem only occurs on the internet browsers.

Could anybody help me with this problem?

Thank you

Do you use a virus scanner? When was the last time that you checked for spyware?

I would assume that you have some sort of modem for your cable or dsl Internet and from there it spits off to your two computers. Is that right?

If so, this sounds like a connection issue between the one problematic computer and the modem box. You say that there is no problem on computer B. Do the ports on the modem look the same for computers A and B such as the lights and any labels around the ports?
