I went into bios and noticed an option for setting ram speed or something. It had several options: 8/10 ns (not sure about that one) normal, turbo, and I think another one. Which option should I set it as for the best performance without messing anything up? What does each option do? Thanks.

These let you set the RAM speed itself, either in 8 nanosecs or 10 nanosecs, if you have good quality RAM go with 8; you can try the Fast, Turbo, settings-these are supposed to increase the throughput of data to your RAM-but most times they will cause you to just lock up, or be unable to boot into windows. If you try them, and are unable to boot, then just go back into your BIOS and reset the speeds, no harm done.
