NEW BUILD monitor not working

Just completed new build not inexperienced sapphire crossfire mobo. Everything works except monitor will not come on...HELP!

Begin on the STARTUP chart.
Use them for guidance.

1. The PC doesn't appear to be dead, right? Fans running?

2. Do you hear any beeps?

3. If not, have you any idea if the internal speaker is functional?

4. Any other signs that the POST is running? [Any LED's blinking?]
