How to turn of new message header in MS Access

I am using MS Access 2003.

In my job I have to give presentations and have my computer screen projected to other people to view.

When I have access open in the background and I receive a new email a message appears in my tray (near the clock) with a little envelop icon and the message header which other people can read. How can I turn this off?

Open Outlook and in your perfrences| email options turn off "display a notification message when new email arrives".
Of course you could just shut down Outlook while doing your presentations :)
