Actually you can boot into SAFE mode and try the original login when XP was installed (might be blank).

That is what I wanted to tell msa, but according to the Sticky: Recovering/Bypassing Passwords, that I read I thought I would get banned if I did.

That is the link in the post...it is the only allowed/approved method.

The basic policy is to refer to the official MS policy on passwords.
