I would change
-The MOBO to a P35 chipset
-The CPU to a newer E8000 series
-Get rid of the Ethernet card there is no need for it unless you want to plug in 3 connections

What will it be used for?
Gaming?
General use with some gaming?

And, a headset might be a better choice...
