Ok first what is your budget?
a 9600Gt or a 8800Gt will give great bang for buck

Dollars or pound :p?
For $200/300 is enough to get a new Graphics card 9600Gt and a bit more but
On your current system what PSU do you have?
How much RAM do you have?
Do you have the $$$ to buy a new MOBO and SLI?
