Ive just installed XP onto my laptop as an upgrade from windows 2000 and when it finally finished I booted up only to find a message inplace of the login account which read
"The login User interface DLL MSGINA.DLL failed to load. click to resart"
Everytime i restart this messgae pops up and it wont let me any further,even in safemode the message still pops up.
What can I do?
