Old Socket 754 Is this price ok? w/ 1gb ram, 3200+ CPU

Guys i jus want to replace an old system. i want to use it for a while as i wait for about a month for my new pc to ship. its pretty lame but will do the job here is the mobo:

I am Getting a 3200+ AMD processor and also 1gb ddr333 RAM. I have a DDR400 512mb chip already... and an agp card....

the man is calling $174.00USD ($1100TTD) for the above... thats mobo+ram+cpu

i am not sure if its a sempron... what you guys think...

That's not too bad for $175. If you need something to fill in the gap it will work.

thanks man for the response. Can i run any games like nfs pro street on low settings if i use my 6800GT with it?

And yes the dell still working but i went back to the 6200le... i didnt want to fry him with that 6800... down here room temps are like 30-34 degrees Celsius...

Yeah it should run it OK on low settings.
