Shortscuts for swapping between tabs

Is there any shortscuts to switch between tabs, its for both IE and FF.

Don't know about IE but in Firefox if you hover the cursor over the tab bar and roll the wheel, each click moves one tab either way..;)

classicsoftware's approach for Firefox also works in IE7.

Another "shortcut" that can be used to open a link in a New Tab is to click on links using the middle mouse button - in both these browsers.
