What does these mean?

I'm not sure if I'm on the right forum for this topic but I want to know what are the meaning of these names I see on my PC when I do CTL+ALT+DEL:
There are 2 of them who like to get me in trouble; they are "CPQEADM" and "WINOLDAP". What are they?

I went to Google and put those in. Response on first CPQEADM (http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/c.htm)...and it doesn't look necessary at all. The second one, I am unsure about but here is result Google page... search results (http://www.google.com/search?q=WINOLDAP) and errors connected to WINOLDAP (http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000456.htm). Doubt if you need it, but you can check through search results.
