Slow internet connection

Hi,
Can somebody help me diagnose the spyware or malware or any other factor to slowing my internet connection speed? It has been working fine. I have a anonymizer and spyware doctor installed on my system. It had no issues on the internet connection with both on. There is a stranger who has been stalking me who has been causing all kinds of difficulties when I am online. I installed Hijackthis.exe and did a scan. I have uploaded the Hijackthisref.log file. so what happens I am not able to send mails without turning my anomyzier off. I suspect that way he is able to read the content of my text I send through internet pages and the emails. I am not able to protect the privacy. As the main source of information exchange is through emails and internet browsing, I am needing to know to solve this without turning my anonymizer off.

Can somebody go through the log and help me whether any malware is installed. Also pl. let me know other techniques available to trobleshoot this.
