Virgin Media - Download Trouble

Hi all, i really need some help. Im not a wiz at computers but know enough to get me through the day =) but this really annoying prob has come up. Everytime i go to download something big it will download for say 5-10mins and then just freeze and thats on everything so its not the download itself. Please can someone give me a solution !!! I beg you all =)

Ok, I was wondering if it was on something like BitTorrent...I think Virgin is one of those that caps downloads.

Also are you using some sort of download manager?

I just downloaded this 257.8 MB file using Virgin Media Cable Broadband; download speed about 326 kB/s and took 13 min to complete.

So there's nothing wrong with the file or the site.

Have you enough space on the partition you're downloading to?
