Mac on a PC?

I didn't want to hijack someone else's thread, but in the thread about building a new system, no price limit, the OP states he is putting Mac Leopard on the system. I was always under the impression that Apple prevented their OS from being put on non-Apple systems.

yes, you need the version designed for intel chips though...

Does it install without any problems? And does that mean the board has to have an Intel chipset, not just any PC?
