Small Homenet

We are setting up a small homenet in our building with a shared VDSL connection, with about 10 users. Is it possible to share this connection so everybody gets an equal part? Is there a router that can solve this problem?

You should look at using a 3rd party fireware update for your router.Check out this link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linksys_WRT54G_series#Third-party_firmware_projects) which shows a list of firmware updates for a linksys router.
Some of the newer routers come with firmware that can already do some of what your looking to do.
