Hi guys,
i will be very grateful for any help in resolving an issue i am having with Office 2007.
the printer works, and goes through all the motions of printing, but the document remains blank and does not have any text on it at all. when i print a webpage though, it prints without issue.
i have uninstalled & reinstalled the printer drivers, uninstalled & reinstalled Office 2007, tried with & without SP1 (Office that is)
i get the feeling that i am overlooking something completely simple, does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?
