Hex decimal

I've just started learning about hexdecimal, & am finding it a bit confusing, http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/confused.gif

So I can do with loads of help, to it easier to understand.

Well, as a starting point I searched for hexadecimal in the PC Guide: one of twelve results (http://www.pcguide.com/intro/works/computMath-c.html).

It's now making sense http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/cool.gif I also spelling it correctly now, which may by why I'm finding results about it.
