There's a devil on my desktop! Virus? Help!!

I followed the instructions and got rid of the devil however still can not see my original desktop. I need some help asap. Thanks

DO NOT do anything unless a certified malware expert tells you to!!!!

A malware expert will come by and have look at it. Unfortunately I am not one of them.
