ok so it's been quite a while since the DST time has been changed. MY computer, however, is still experiencing problems with its clock being 1 hour slower than the official US time for Pacific Time Zone. The first time it set itself correctly, but starting the next day, it started going one hour slower... I don't know what happened, but whenever I sync the time with time.windows.com or something along the line, the clock becomes 1 hour slower! I checked the adjust to DST time settings box, but the time is still the same. Why is this?? Is there anyway to fix it? I tried to manually set the time, but whenever I do, it resets back when it syncs with Windows time server...
Also the other weird thing is, my Gmail time stamps are also one hour late. Why is this? I am so confused of what's wrong...
